Avatar help please

Recently changed my avatar but it's already in use by another so looked for another and tested them as an attachment to a post. Worked fine.

Can't put them as an avatar though cos they're animated.

Has something changed??

Recent "So Stupid" on the "Test" forum with cartoon motorbike is the one I want to use for now. If not, the "RAR!" one. Attached both to this post.

Any advise??? Please!

It's only 9.61 kB by the looks of it, and 96 x 96

Bill, I don't think the files are too big and I only changed my avatar recently to the current animated one so not sure why it wont work now????

I'll have another go from here (home) cos work probably slapped a ban on it or something clever like that.
