AVG Virus Vault?

How does it work?
Does it intercept viruses, fix and remove them.................before they hit the computer
Had a hit from Swizzor Virus and it dumped it to the Virus Vault and all subsequent scans have been clear
Should I just remove Swizzor from the virus vault?

Yes, just empty the vault.

PS Johnny- A lot of us have moved over to Avast now. seems less hassle than AVG v8, and still free.
