Dull question I know, though I can find nothing but conflicting information and it seemed wiser to ask than guess..

So I have a standard R80G/S with Avon Distanzias front and rear, I weigh feck all, what should I run them at for solo riding?

Thanks

Benjamin :beerjug:

I have distanzias and have found that 28-32psi ish (both ends) is good for my 100 paralever solo. it gets a bit squirmy at less than 25psi and very harsh over 35psi (I put 35-42psi in the rear when loaded depending on weight) I am 100kg and it gets riden like I stole it. untill recently I was commuting 180 miles a day some times into C London. Thats what works for me if you are lighter you may need a bit less :thumb2

Avon give 32 /36 , and this is perfect for bitumen, and OK on gravel roads.

However , as Bumpmuncher says, 28/ 32 is a good bit better off road , without making much difference on bitumen.
