Anyone know what the part number is for the non powered tank ring for a 2014 LC is ?

Can't seem to find one listed................. It's the Quick lock one, not the newer Evo type.

Well I clicked on the link provided, which sent me to SW Motech ordering line, which in turn sent me a message and the UK dealer a message to place the order.

I'm now on my 4th e mail to try and get the correct part from Motohaus. They even sent me a link, which sent me to the wrong one.

I'm now onto sarcastic e mails asking why it so hard to locate the correct part when I have given them the part number.

Fuckin muppets.

They have now sent me another link apologising for the previous link being wrong.

With great hope I clicked the new link only to be sent to a place I have visited before. This has the correct type of tank ring, but neither my bike or the part number I provided are listed.

Do these people even both to look at what is requested from their ordering system ?

I have now told them how impressed I am, and have totally lost interest.

So the question still stands................... Has anyone actually got one ?..................

If you are dealing with their UK agents, I would cut out the middleman and make contact directly with the manufacturer in Germany, by talking to them.

It annoys me intensely that you can follow the buying procedure on SW-Motech de right up to the point that you actually want to buy and then they shunt you over to the UK numpties that want far more money. I got one for my S10 here

FYI............ Order the one for a BMW K1300R 09 onwards.
