Having just collected my R1200GSA from a 12,000 service and a new rear tyre I was told that unfortunately my rear wheel was damaged in the process of removing said tyre:eek:

However I was told that my wheel would be replaced FOC !:bounce1:bounce1

How many dealers would admit to something like this?

Top marks to Bahnstormer for a professional and honest service:clap:clap:clap

Top fella`s

Having recently taken my gsa for a spot of swap bogging, (see rideouit reports gentle green laning basingstoke. ) i managed to lose my indicator lens, quick call, yep they have them in stock and would put it to oneside for me. Also they followed up a query i had about my starter button sticking in the cold weather. They told me that they have had their bikes do it as well, if i wanted they would take a look for warrenty purposes. Excellent service.

Yep, they seem to making a number of new friends with their approach.

My 1200RT is going to have the ring antenna done this Sat. Thus far they've been helpful and courteous whenever I've dealt with them.

Keep up the good work fellas. :thumb2

Another case of 5 star service

I had to have my Ring Antennae sorted out when I couldn't start my engine on said 1200GSA

A phone call to Bahnstormers to explain problem and half an hour later Neil arrives in their van to collect my bike and return to the workshop.

Two hours later the phone rings, "Your bike is fixed, when would you like it delivered?"

Forty minutes later it's back in my garage.
Now that's what I call 5 star service!!!:clap:clap:clap

Bahnstormers - top Service :clap:clap:clap

I've only once been disappointed with them. That was related to their range of services, not the service I received. However I discussed this with them, and then next time I was in they had extended their offerings to include the omission. So they listen too (most unusual in this day and age)

I used Snells (Alton) when I had a Ducati, and their tyre fitter (external) scratched my wheel, they noticed it, rang me up to check there had been no previous scratches, and then had the wheel resprayed.

So I think that whilst you may pay over the odds for the equipment and labour costs, if you go to a GOOD DEALER, then you get the SERVICE.

I certainly can't fault Snells OR Bahnstormers. If I wanted a Ducati or BMW that's where I would go first, and then shop around, and still probably go back.

Good service is hard to find, and definitely worth paying for (within limits)

Chuffed to bits with Bahnstormer. Another satisfied customer.

Popped in just as Alastair was wetting the tea's. Nice to have a brew made for you by the dealership boss as soon as you enter the place.

Asked if they could help me with my broken Satnav cradle, and Simon had a hunt around then gave me the part free of charge as they are hard to find and they happened to have one lying around.

Now thats what I call top service.:thumb2

I really hope they don't suffer from the credit crunch, it's good to have a dealer like them nearby and they are nice people too.

If Carlsberg sold and serviced bikes and parts = Bahnstormer. :thumb

After me of course :D

Bahnstormer price drop on 2nd hand bikes.

And they've dropped prices around the £500 or thereabouts mark on their main 2nd hand bikes.

Prices look quite competitive and one of the first times I've seen a main non-Japanese dealer cut prices this way.

I sense it's a combination of January sales being seasonally slow plus this flippin' economic downturn. Lets hope the dealerships survive this, especially Bahnstormer and CW, two of the best dealerships in the south.

Horrible time to be selling (or buying, for that matter, if your job security is looking shaky).

Previously used SLM in Coulsdon but will try Bahnstormer this time for the 12k service i think as it is on the way to work. I here good things.

Quite a few Beemer dealers would:D

I'd like to think that - But in stark contrast - Vines of Guildford didn't, on multiple occasions, and one of them cost me serious money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. So big cheers for Bahnstormers - and I'm glad there are still BMW franchises that go all out for the customer.
