I know others have said how good these guys are, but I've just had excellent service that is worth mentioning to other potential customers...
They were great when I was buying my bike (as you would expect when spending a wad of cash, but not always the case from what I've read!).
Today I went in with some warranty stuff to talk to Darren (parts manager).
My new kit had let me down with a leaky zip on the trousers while on Tour. Without any problem at all, he ordered me a complete replacement suit, which I collected today.
None of this "we'll send it back to be looked at" bollox that you get with other rider gear (Rukka take note!).
Pretty good service, but not the best bit...
I also had a minor problem with one of my panniers - it just didn't shut easily when it was full, but I couldn't see why. It was fine if the inner bag wasn't full, but was a bugger to close when fully packed.
I thought it was just one of those things with the skinny exhaust side pannier, but I looked at other people's, and they were easier to shut than mine, even with my inner bag used for the test (so same amount of kit).
To be honest the whole thing was a bit borderline, as the box would open and shut perfectly when there was less stuff in there, and I was a bit dubious about maybe having to put up with it.
However, despite the fact that problem was debatable case, Darren sorted me out with a new pannier anyway (even though he isn't confident of getting it funded by BMW).
Now that's what I call proper customer care, and the reason why I will be happy to continue to spend my money with these guys
Jody in the Service team has also sorted out a couple of small faults with the bike itself in the past, again without any drama
