I use the Alton branch for both my R1200GSA and my S1000RR and they are genuinely very good. Bought my R1200GSA from them. The clothing guy, Adam, is especially good.

Sure Maidenhead will be the more of the same.

Used both Alton and the old Bracknell branch before they moved to Maidenhead and brought my last two bikes from them,

They are fine, don't worry

I have bought 6 bikes from them over the last 5 years, plus loads of clothing, helmets etc etc etc. to get to them I pass 2 other BMW dealers and travel a 95 mile round trip. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Either branch is good...they both understand the concept of customer service.

I use the Alton branch for sales,servicing,tyres,clothing and accessories.Second to none,and i avoid 4 other closer dealers to give Bahnstormer Alton my business.Have to re iterate they have built their well deserved reputation on customer service and complete satisfaction.320 mile round trip for me,wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

What I can't understand is why the competing branches with terrible customer service, Cooper Tunbridge Wells, Park Lane and Vines, don't think they need to get their act together.

BMW should have dealership awards, Bahnstormer would win the Oscars every time.

BMW do seem to be taking an interest in customers feedback. Had a call yesterday about an enquiry I made to a dealer about the Water Cooled. Told them I'd let them know if they bothered to follow it up properly. As ex sales, I find the level of professionalism in some dealers pitiful.
