I use the Alton branch for both my R1200GSA and my S1000RR and they are genuinely very good. Bought my R1200GSA from them. The clothing guy, Adam, is especially good.
I have bought 6 bikes from them over the last 5 years, plus loads of clothing, helmets etc etc etc. to get to them I pass 2 other BMW dealers and travel a 95 mile round trip. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I use the Alton branch for sales, servicing, tyres, clothing and accessories.Second to none, and i avoid 4 other closer dealers to give Bahnstormer Alton my business.Have to re iterate they have built their well deserved reputation on customer service and complete satisfaction.320 mile round trip for me,wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
All Bahnstormer branches are excellent. Never been disappointed yet.
What I can't understand is why the competing branches with terrible customer service, Cooper Tunbridge Wells, Park Lane and Vines, don't think they need to get their act together.
BMW should have dealership awards, Bahnstormer would win the Oscars every time.

BMW do seem to be taking an interest in customers feedback. Had a call yesterday about an enquiry I made to a dealer about the Water Cooled. Told them I'd let them know if they bothered to follow it up properly. As ex sales, I find the level of professionalism in some dealers pitiful.
