I have a 1250RS (bear with me) that I'm thinking about putting some bar risers on.
I'm posting here because it's got the tubular bars on it which I'm led to believe are the same as those on the 1250R sport.
So far I've fitted a Puig touring plus screen to it as the OE one wasn't tall enough/didn't provide enough protection from the wind that I wanted (coming off a 1250 GS). I've also fitted a 790mm seat - in came with the 760mm one which was too hard and my legs were too cramped.
The issue I have is I'm getting some hand numbness after a couple of hours riding hence the thinking on the bar risers. I've fitted some grip puppies which help but hasn't fully solved the problem.
So any thoughts from the collective on bar risers for the 1250R, especially if you have an R sport, why you fitted yours and what the outcome was.
TIA
