is it possible to cut and paste a screenshot of a route/map on basecamp?

I know you could on the old mapsource as I used to print off on there. Just had a look. Under file press print and chucks up a screen to play with. Have fun

Having re read your post I am not sure but someone more knowledgeable will be along perhaps tomorrow .

Now if you took a photo of the screen you want to capture iPad or iPhone or real camera and save as jpeg you would be able to do it in that long winded way.

if using a pc on windows open basecamp, set to full screen then hit the print screen key on keyboard, go to start then accessories and open paint, hit the paste button top left your map should appear, you can then save to a format to suit, hope this helps.

If your on a pc you can use the snipping tool, under accessories to create an image of the route

You can take screenshots of anything on a mac lots of ways here, my favourite is cmnd+shift+4 which saves the screenshot to your desktop
Then use it for whatever.
