Battery 12GS vs 12GS Adv

According to technical data for both machines the Adv is equipped with a slightly larger battery, 14Ah instead of R12GS:es crappy 12Ah battery. I assume the larger is a YTX16. Is the batterycompartment of the Adv changed from the regular R12GS or will the larger battery also fit in regular GS:es?

Yes, according to technical data 720W vs 600W.

They need to be bigger and to hold the charge. The crappy one on the standard bike lasts about three days before going flat. Having mine replaced with an elastic band for more power!
