battery clock issue

My battery is starting to get a bit tired, a couple of starts recently has zero'd the clock.
but i have a strange issue with the clock now, if i re -set the clock the next time i switch on its at zero, thats before i try and start the engine.Once running the clock counts hours and minutes until you switch off again
I suppose i should just replace the battery and see what happens , anyone add any thoughts

Checked fuse 3 ...... and it had blown
