Battery woes.......R1150GSA

Forgot to plug in to the Optimate charger and then, by the time I realized the problem, it was too late.

Can anyone confirm the battery configuration number.... for an R1150GS Adv?
Is it YTX 20 or CTX 20 or......

Suggestions as to where to buy a new one......BMW shop or elsewhere and price?

doh, and there was me thinking that Vermont was one of the United States

and does not the revered St. Eptoe suggest that there is nothing better than the BMW gel battery

I just got one of the Unibatt ones from motorworks about £57, assuming your in the UK of course.

The part number for the VARTA battery for gs 1150 adv is 519-013-017.
It's a lead acid battery.
Bought one yesterday for £39.
