Beeline Moto navigation

Thanks, interesting. Not put me off yet, it sounds like the halfway house I need between paper maps and a handwritten note of junctions, and a full on, bright and busy sat nav.

For that and that alone, I think it would be near enough perfect. Small device on the bike. Phone in tank bag or pocket. Job done.

The beeline 2 is currently on offer for £161 with a free bar mount, normally £30. I’ve bought from Sportsbikeshop but a few places have reduced and price matched each other

It’s a very good (ie. simple) device for straightforward navigation of basic roads. It’s not so good at complicated junctions nor in busy cities, but that alone shouldn’t put too many people off. It is, if you like, the antithesis of those that like bigger and bigger screens, doing more and more ‘stuff’.

The latest ‘colour’ version is a decent jump forward over the past.
