Has anyone got an email address for BeMoto? I have a policy with them and in fact spoke with someone there last Wednesday re a change of bike (today) and they were supposed to be ringing me back, but didn’t and now today their phone numbers are U/S🤯 I’m on the train to collect now and if I cannot get hold of them my only alternative is going to be to start another policy with someone else

I have just raised this with them for you :thumb2

From their site, here's their phone number to check against the one you have 01733 907 001. No real email address, but it looks like Paul has covered that.

Thanks Paul, just counted up, have tried their numbers 20 times on way towards London this morning and sent email to the only email listed ‘ complaints (at) BeMoto. uk and an auto reply with a list of numbers. An RT awaits in Dorset!

The phones at BeMoto are currently down due an issue with the fibre network there, they are IP phones.

Ping an email over to helpme (at) bemoto . uk explaining your issue, include your phone number, and someone will call you :thumb2

Big thank you to ‘The Boss’ today, all sorted and just arrived home with my ‘new to me’ RT TC which I bought via eBay from Steve Muff of Bidforbikes, what a nice guy he is too

Hi John,

I feel for you and I got so fed up with the delays when trying to contact bemoto, that I've completely given up on them. Good luck and hope you sort things out with them.
