what is the best grill, for looks, easy fit and quality

ISTR that we did this recently. I fitted the Touratech one to my '09 bike without disassembling anything and I think the design might offer better protection to the oil cooler than some of the simpler mesh items.

make your own with mesh bought from b&q,and some plasticoat

Make sure the airflow/cooling function is not hindered.
Too many overheated valves, you know ...
