Bevel box oil?

Just a quick one, How much oil does the final drive take on a 2000 1150?
I have 500ml left over from previous services (memory fails me as to how much it takes) I have loads of crush washers so whilst I have the bike in a few bits I might aswell take an extra 10 mins to change it, although not due for another 4000mls.

250 ml Fill it until it starts to come out over the bottom edge of the filler hole

B/B oil

Manual says 0.25l so you've got enough.

Not to state obvious but make sure it is on the centre stand and not side stand

And don't "overfill for safety" as it just starts coming out of the breather on long runs (not done it but seen it). "The Bottom Edge of the Threads"!
