Going big is not usually the solution.
The subject of screens has been pretty much done to death on this site, so if you haven't already done so, then a site search will throw up lots of discussion on types of screens and solutions to clear up the airflow.
Getting the screen set to the sweet spot can take a lot trial and error, if it involves screen swaps, or additions like spoilers and torbinators, then expense as well.
The largest screen I know of is the Ztechnik Vstream touring, which is so large it has a metal support bracket to support the screen. There is a video on YouTube of it in action. My personal experience of this screen, is that does not cure the buffeting around the head.
