Any idea on a Bike friendly B&B between Penrith & Kendal preferably not too far from the M6 but thats no real issue.

Secure parking would be a big bonus.

The bulls head pub in the middle of a small village called sedbergh, about 10minutes from the M6. nice clean but simple rooms. good food and if you ask they let you put your bike in their garage.
I have stayed there many times and always had a good stay
