I stayed in the Auberge Champenoise some years ago. It provided a memorable meal. Hope it still matches that.

Nearby https://www.chateau-de-pierry.fr/ does a memorable champagne cellar tour. I am guessing the old chap who demonstrated sabrage has long snuffed it. I wonder if they maintain the tradition?

Looks a bit scabby from the street but you go through a gate into a pleasant courtyard

I like that you can have the interactive map in full screen mode and that they colour code the pins for hotels, cafes and campsites.
