Bike hire in cholet/bressuire?

Done a google search but can't see anything.
Going to Bressuire in august and looking for motorbike hire in the region - Cholet, Bressuire, Parthenay.
Does anyone know of anywhere?

I live a bit South of there and I've never seen any bike hire places at all I'm afraid.
Not much help really I know.

Why are there so few places that you can hire a motorcycle from , in any country

Is the cost of insurance too prohibitive?

Is the amount you can charge versus what the bike costs to run too low?

Is there just not enough demand to bother keeping a 'fleet' ?
