Okay just had a service Monday , last used the bike Wednesday,
Walked into the garage today to start the bike up and click, nothing
So checked the stop switch , in neutral etc
When you continuously try and fire it over and get nothing,
What does come up on the dash , along the right side of the consul is it says key.
Knowing I've had a spare key done and coded along with its service on Monday I went and got that one and tried it. Nothing. The same
Anybody any ideas , before I have to do something daft like read the manual
. Or call BMW assist

) used to have an intelligent fallback position (so I was told anyway) where it would still keep the bike immobilised but would drop the power consumption to an absolute minimum.......certainly after a fortnight on not being used, I'd have to blip the donger twice to 'wake' it up to disable it
