Biker in need of help, Dublin.

Any news on recovering the bike?

Nothing yet. Traffic cops feel it was taken to do a "job" on (robbery / shooting). Sadly not enough effort was put into looking for the bike untill I started this thread. A search of the "suspected" storage area will take place tomorrow.

Rohan

Rohan has arrived home with us and he is a really nice young lad which makes what has happened to him all the worse!
Jim Wright (HP2 Kanobi) has very generously offered Rohan the use of a GS 1000 for the time he is here in Ireland, he has also been offered clothing and cash donations which have all blown him away!

Rohan is only 21 and is as far away from home as he could possibly get and all he has left is the clothes he was standing in (bike clothing) I would hate to think of one of mine being put in his position!

The few problems I ever encountered whilst travelling were always met with help from complete strangers so I always like to pay that help forward whenever the chance arises.

He's a size 8.5/9 Og but thank you anyway
He's got one pair of shoes but has no bike boots as far as I can make out.

He had a back pack with his computer and important docs, wallet, etc. in, his helmet, gloves, jacket and pants were in the room, other than that he literally has what he was standing up in

He's a cheerful chap though and very overwhelmed at the help he's being offered
