Only checking but if i was riding fron Garmish to Baded Baden on a sat to sunday are there any restrictions as read no access to bikers or am i wrong . Just ... Thank plannng my trip so need to know

Don't think there are any restrictions in place in that area, I've ridden through there several times with no problem. What I would say is the B500 on sunny weekends can be chocker with cars and bikes all traveling at 40kph which makes for some frustrating riding!!
Yup .... don't know of any restrictions these days, but as above, avoid the B500 from Baden Baden south on a Sunday. It's full if cars, boy racers, helicopters, paramedics, police and dickheads. Any other time OK .... enjoy
Beware B500 ! if you lose the k12 unmarked police bike there AMG estate will have you !

There are parts of the B500 where bikes are prohibited on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

If it was this Saturday - Sunday morning, then the answer is yes!

I gave stayed near the B500 for the last 4 years and never heard of restrictions.
The best bit is the 25-30 miles just south of Baden Baden, and as stated can be busy at weekends, best to ride it in the week. There are many other fantastic lanes and roads around and most of them have little traffic so just keep to them if your stay spans a weekend.
We had a fantatsic Sunday there last April, but a bit early in the year for the big crowds, a few cars and bikes, but generally we did not get held up, or see any plod.

As a local, I can confirm that there are no restrictions on the B500 specifiically for bikes. Schauinsland has a ban on bikes at weekends and on holidays, plus some minor roads have bans for bikes at night - for either noise or 'cos there's a high risk of losing a bike over the edge somewhere 
As mentioned above, particularly at weekends, the B500 is well policed. Speed limit from just above where I live to Baiersbronn is maximum 70kmh. The stretch aftwerards to Freudenstadt is 100. On the BAD side, it's 70kmh, apart from a couple of 100 zones and a couple of 50 zones. Still have points on my licence from one of the latter

Snow at present, but the weather forecast says it should be warming up a bit at the weekeend. The B500 between Mummelsee and Kniebis-Alexanderschanze is over 1000m, so snow can last a while - I've experienced light show in June. The webcam for Mummelsee is here:

It's been dry today, but just got back from visiting family in the Stuttgart area, where it snowed the whole time. All of the ski areas here are still open today, so that might tell you something
As long as it stays dry, it's cold, but OK, however, as soon as a cloud decides to discharge something, it will fall as snow at the moment The roads are cleared pretty quickly, but you can get caught out. The only recommendation I can make is to check the weather regularly (if you have an iPhone, there's an app called "RegenRadar", which allows you to view the weather/cloud satellite pics plus the forecasted view). If there are heavy clouds present or coming, avoid the higher areas (anything above 400m at present!) and stick to the valleys until they pass.

If it was a German guest, then maybe - the guy I stopped to help was definitely not a Brit If I remember correctly, it was a CBR, although it was almost unrecognisable. I'm one of the "old school", in that I always stop for a rider/biker if they're at the side of the road, regardless of whether due to an accident or not. I also helped a French cyclist last year who crashed in front of me about 1km from your place.
