The subject of Blackal's ire has reputedly (oops that's a bit PC isn't it under the circumstance) misappropriated a large sum of money invested by Blackal in a motorcycle accessory business and also is accused of selling goods that weren't paid for and causing the bankruptcy of a supplier (described as being a very good guy by others that know him) in England.

The subject appeared to be living a very pleasant lifestyle for a considerable time, at least until 2007.

I fail to follow the Dutch logic.

How's the business not failed? It's ceased trading and shut up shop? Existing Director's dissolved the partnership? Seems

I do feel that random "quotes" on a bike forum is probably not going to do much against such a thick skin who already appears persona non grata in these circles. It may be that direct legal type debt recovery actions are required and that the issue can be addressed off-forum.
