Not that I know off. It would need some kind of controller not to mention a power source. What is it your trying to do and I might could think of a solution.

I'd like to be able to transfer files to USB sticks or hard drives, maybe sync an iPod - the usual USB stuff.

Kinda, but this only connects audio stuff.
