Anyone used them? Any good?

I ask as I've called them repeatedly in the past week, always during the opening hours outlined on their website. Phone's never answered, messages never responded to. Emailed them today, awaiting response.

Only after another set of Wunderlich crashbars for an 1150 & possibly another set for a customers 1200.

Will call Nippy Normans tomorrow.

Leon the bloke who owns it is selling to another chap who's in the same building, I've bought stuff there if they have it in the shop it's fine.

things will I hope get better once they sort out the final steps of the change over.

But it's been abit....:augie for ages

I heard some time ago in that big showroom across the road that the guy who ran it has "gone walk about" - Leon I think it was...................

Oh well - looks like I was wrong according to Lo IQ!

Only Placed one order... Will I place another ??

Must say i've had a very similar experience. Placed an order almost a month ago.

Have had to chase several times. Each time i get the usual "here with us next week - shortly out to you" line...

Still waiting. May not be their fault, but each time i have wanted an update the phone has never been answered...

Shame - Nippy and Touratech have been great and had about £800 worth of bits for me and the bike put there way instead of to BMW Bike Bits as a consequence...

Snooze you lose i suppose !!

Leon did disappear for a while not sure why as I said he's a nice bloke but things can go wrong I guess, the little office also has racing bikes and stuff in it and they seem to be taking it on...according to the bloke I doorstepped a month or so ago..

Guess we'll see what happens...

I would say customer care is customer retention and well if they don't answer the phone/ email I guess they don't want or need your business...

Wish I was that lucky..

Can't you get them from Motobins? For the 12 I'd suggest the H&Bs, I thought they were the same as the Wunderlich ones. The SW Motechs dont look as good to me (and dont or didnt fit with better aftermarket bash plates) and seem to be on ebay a lot for peanuts, I think those are the ones Nippy does now.
