Well, got to speak as i find.

Coming home from work last tuesday, 6:30ish, bike feels 'odd', Shite, front puncture! do i brake, dont i brake!!!!!! managed to haul the bike to a halt without falling off and phoned BMW ES.

7:00, A BMW technician arrives, (nice 5 series touring), offers me a coffee (!), asks me if i want it repaired or recovered, (my choice apparently), plugged the tyre. 7:21, pulled away, done!

Cant praise the service enough, top bloke, top service:bow:bow

Credit where credit is due, I had a problem a couple of years ago in the South of France, a problem with the ABS sensors.

Phoned the assistance, not really expecting much response beyond "take it to the dealer" type response.

They said the international desk was busy but if I gave them my number they would ring me back.

Well they rang back, asked for the location and a guy turned up within twenty minutes, fixed the problem and left.

Very prompt, very efficient, and though at the time that's why I paid a little more for a BMW :clap

When i called them out guy calls out 2 hours later in a new X5 takes one look at the bike and tells me he has no idea as for bikes as he has never been trained on bikes only on BMW cars & advises me to get it recovered to a dealer:eek: total waste of time :spitfire
