I have left a Quater of a Million pounds worth of machinery into a Main Dealer
and accecpted , that for them to do their Job they had to get it Dirty.
Personally i have no problem with leaving my bikes in there and have only good to say about how i have been recieved.

they are still there , still turning a profit. Someone has got it right !.

Civil, if it's to me this comment is referring, wind your neck in. Firstly I made no reference to my bike not being valeted. What I did say was that they (Hursts) left it in shite state after supposedly carrying out warranty work to repair oil leaks, which left me in serious doubt as to wether or not the work was carried out. I am by trade a mechanic and in the course of carrying out maintenance in relation to oil leaks I think you will find that certainly where I trained and worked we cleaned around the area of the repair, so as to satisfy ourselves that the leak no longer existed. That was not done and that is what pissed me, further compounded by the fact that they, contrary to my express instructions failed to carry out the brake modification that BMW recommended.

You make a very clear comment about Democracy, which if you look in the dictionary, states "democracy is based on the philosophical principle of equal rights", one of which is that we all have a right to an opinion. Now frankly I don't give a flying Fcuk if you like mine but I have found nothing thus far to change it.

You have also yours and whilst your experience with Hursts may well have been a positive one and you are happy with it has no effect on me either way and to date I don't believe I have thus far entered into any correspondence, public or private with any member of this forum and attacked their own personal views, especially in the childish manner that you have chosen to do here with name calling.

Take a step back and respect others opinions,as they will hopefully respect yours!!!!!!!!!!

I have to say I don't agree with You there Phil, People have the right to air their
views, if they feel shortchanged by service or sales or whatever. By the same
token people also have the right to issue praise where praise is due! If you don't
like it then don't read it. Certainly don't be shouting it's not like ye! (Well unless
yer up to mischief!)

Anyway If they're going to critiscise then they need to keep it factual and as best
possible without Malice and not to bring this forum into disrepute!

You're lucky (but then we know that) and you have had nothing but good
experiences So Far, Then Happy Days for you, sometimes that's just the toss of
the coin and things could quite easily go the other way!

I had a lot of the aforementioned "shite" written down but I can't be arsed to get
into any arguments, I know what went on when I was there and I hear similar
things now so I can't see it having changed that much!

Furthermore if they want to advertise events then they should at least have the decency
to subscribe!
Right nuff they're charging for the coffee now so maybe they're saving up the £12

Think what profit they would be making if they gave the same level of customer service as Motorrad Central, Motorrad East or Rainbow motorcycles or wherever the tossers suggest

I accept that they have the choice to donate or not Phillip. But I also have the choice to give them my business and support............or not. I will not be seeking any further donations from them, but I reserve the right to say why I won't.

With or without their knowledge this forum was used to advertise their new model launch. Neither Hursts nor the original postee are site sponsors. Upon reflection, maybe the thread should have been deleted as soon as it was posted.
