bmw gsa aficionado,s opinion appreciated,

hello gents, ime just after your opinions,

BMW r 1200 gsa triple black, first registered, june 2012, on a 12 plate,
1 owner from new, (me) it has the full dynamic and premium packages, and full gsa aluminium luggage, the mud slinger the fender extender and the pillion top box back rest, all fitted from new, it has only done 6000 miles, it has been serviced at 600 and 6000 miles by the dealer i bought it from (barry robson of york)
having done only 6000 miles on it, i took it in and has just had its 6000 mile service, and two brand new standard tourances fitted also by the dealer, every single receipt is here even the one for the top up oil i have used,

the bike is absolutely immaculate, pristine condition, you would not find a cleaner second hand bike, no corrosion no scratches no marks no scuffs, at all,

what in your genuine opinion would you suggest that i should ask for this bike for a private sale,

hi sir rich,

well what it is, long story short, we have a big problem at home, a problem of probably the worst type, my wifes daughter (my stepdaughter) who is only 30 years old,is in hospital terminally ill with cancer, she has lung cancer (shes never smoked 1 cig in her life ever) she is a single mother,
she has two young daughters, and when the time comes, the two young ones, will have to come to live with us, at the moment me my wife and our youngest son live in a 2 bedroomed bungalow, so i need to look to the near future, and raise some biggish money to build a double bedroom extension,

not only that though, i cant really see me being able to do much riding and no touring for quite some time due to whats going to be quite a big change for us all.
its pretty heartbreaking for me to see what its doing to my wife,

although time is a healer, and things will work out ok eventually, at the moment it couldnt be any worse.

Very shocked to hear this, I understand your reasons as to why, but can't imagine what you're all going though

This is such a tough situation but selling the bike does make sense. It's not the perfect time of year but act fast and it should sell well.

Rather than extending do consider a move. Obviously, by no means stress free and the market is rubbish, but major building work while living in the same house is always stressful.

Im in the business (and would say this I guess) but genuinely a chiropractor can help. Not with the actual stress, but to help your body to better cope with the negative effects of stress. The last thing anyone needs is back pain, neck pain, headaches or whatever pain on top of all the other stuff.
