It's not very often that I'm SHOCKED by outstanding service but when I am, I like to share.
On Monday I ordered an oil cooler screen, a headlight protector, and a full Remus for my R1200GS Adventure from Santa Cruz BMW. These guys have always been great to work with so I was hoping to get everything here and on the bike by this weekend.
On Tuesday, the next day, my parts were at my house. I live in the Sacramento area.
It's hard for me to believe you can order something from a shop 180 miles away and have the entire order, including non-BMW parts, the next day.
I can't say enough about these guys. They are a class act and always have been.
Needless to say I had the parts on the bike the next day and went for a ride on the 4th.
BTW the Remus rocks on this bike. Adds a bit of character and a little kick compared to stock after 6,000 RPM.
I realize I live in the states and many here don't but you can order via internet from these guys and they have a great selection including the Wunderlich line.

There's an awful lot about the US that's very good indeed but I've not managed to find any of it in Santa Cruz when I've been there.
