hi guys,

i have a bmw 1150 gs adventure coming next week standard foot pegs are quite narrow small, looking on ebay for different pegs a few niceish ones when saying they fit thev 1150 gs and gsa they also say they fit the 1200 gs
to so can i look on ebay for a better selection ie look at pegs for the 1200 gs knowing they,ll fit the 1150 gsa to

any input please

cheers rob

I know a few people that go for the Touratech off road wider pedal but beware with these. They are great and give much better foothold but they do eat your soles. You can combat this with a little rubber tubing on the front and back.
They are expensive too!

i know about the touratech ones, and they eat the soles of the boots it just looks like on ebay some are advertising pegs that fit the 1150 gs and thec 1200 gs

I don't know the answer but it does seem odd that almost all pedals on ebay list the model they fit as the 1150 OR 1200/1250 and typically not both.

I bought a pair of black alloy pegs from a bike shop south probably through the Bay... They we're approx £50 ISH and I've unscrewed the front edge sole eating allen screws and they work great... Similar to Fastaways but not quite as good or quite as low but still good...

Pivot pegs
Wider and they pivot / rock so dont chew out the soles.
I find them a bit more 'planted' as i move around.
