Hi guys has anyone on here tried using the BMW £1000 on top of you trad in deal yet?
Is it a genuine deal or are the dealers just giving you £1000 less and the deal is bring it back to the normal trade in price?

I was offered a wonder deal on my 2017 Rallye against a new one, then an extra £1000 on top of that. The showroom was empty and they were crying out for trade in’s. I’m waiting because I think the new colours will be released soon. But the extra £1000 will not be offered on these new colours. Only bikes built up to the end of July.

Yeah it’s £500 from BMW and £500 from dealer and it’s against bikes built before the 20th June I think and you have to have owned the part ex for a minimum of 3 months apparently there aren’t many qualifying bikes left

Wonder if they will give me a good price on my 68 plate 1250 Rallye without buying a new bike

Park Lane did me a good deal on my trade in, at least £1k more than offered by my next nearest Motorrad dealership.

I have just had the £1000 extra deal on my Exclusive. Basically you have to buy an 'in stock' bike rather than a factory order. But as I wanted a standard Exclusive it was ideal for me as the dealer had 2 in the warehouse

Genuine..

I traded my 1200 Exc in against a 1250 TE the dealer had in stock and I could not believe the PX money I got for it! EBay for similar bike was £12999 from a dealer down south, we buy any bike valued it at £8,500. Well happy with my PX value! pulled the trigger after first service offered FOC. As well as the P/X price being really good the bike was due a big service soon and will need new tyres in another 1500 miles.

I just hope the brakes don't leak and the shift cams are not made of chocolate!
