Bog standard R1200GS WC

I have 2015 enduro with heated grips (very hot) cruise control (very nice) wire wheels ,fitted my zumo 660 ,had to buy the bracket £30 , just put a fuel end can on it, the black one, IMO looks nicer than the akro, and 100 times better and meaner than the washing machine part that comes with it!!! bought it off ebay from a very nice man, ex ORS bike, still under warranty ,and paid not a lot of money for it.....So time will tell if I did the right thing

My GS only has heated grips. '64 reg now done 7500 miles. I had ESA fail on a RT which put me off. Cant understand why people feel they need all the extras. Quick shifter FFS.

Just ordered a basic GS LC with heated grips and satnav prep. There's a free offer of wires and keyless ignition...which I could hardly refuse. I've had a number of GS's until I changed last year to the new 1200RS.
That came with all the bells and whistles. I never got on with the bike...guess I'm GS through and through and I realised that I never used most of the extra stuff, least of all ESA and riding modes.

Just need to sort some panniers out now!
