Bookmarks - Firefox

I had a slight problem when IE tried to "take over" as my default Browser

and

I seem to have "lost" all my Firefox Bookmarks, (this morning from what I had yesterday)

Will they have been "backed up" somewhere

If so can anyone point me to the file locations

Found them - last 5 days seem to be backed up automatically
