Went for a run down to Moffat and then on to Peebles. It was really great. Only slight spolier was what looked like a fast cars day out. Several Porsches a couple Audi RS6's over took us (and other traffic) in such a manner that the nearly caused a major accident. We were just bimbling along at this point. These guys were driving like they were in the Gumball rally. They nearly totalled and old dear in a wee Honda coming the other way. I don't mind someone going fast but when they start taking chances with other peoples live's then they as just selfish pricks. Never a traffic polis about when you need one :blast
Still a nice day out though :aidan

Seems to be a day for car rallies. Big group of TVR's heading south in convoy towards Callendar; some sounded :drool. Another group of assorted American metal heading towards Inverary (although they may have then had to turn around as the road to Glasgow was shut by an accident). Various vintage Brit sports cars in small groups. All seemed well behaved.

1st of October soon and most 6 month road vehicles will be off the road until Spring.

No such thing as a traffic polis .they are all sitting in the station doing fuck all.
Just young snotties that know nothing. Gone are the days when we saw them on the road as a deterrent. The old hands that knew their stretch are long gone.
Police Scotland is a poor joke.
