I've had a lot of that too

Shame the 1150GSA brakes are crap

However, after riding 2 different airheads this morning - the oilhead's brakes were a lot more reassuring

It does encourage you to ride like a loon when in Dynamic mode, but on these two incidents today, I was actually behaving sensibly.

We get them every day of the week here. On Sundays they do the same bullshit only slower.

Quite the contrary, I find the rear brake is very good, and I use it a fair bit

My Airhead has brakes from a K1 (chassis, clocks, frame, spoked wheels and indicator switches from a 100 GS) - lovely

(I still want an LC though)

Front and rear are linked. Except in Enduro Pro mode.

Nope don't find that - if you are braking with the front at the same time you can feel the rear brake lever pushing back at your foot, if you use the rear alone then it travels further, but has a nice feel to me anyway.

Nope, the rear is fine. If you want a bike with a properly rubbish rear brake, try the Multistrada.

Is this a sudden onset of SMIDSY's? Cos I've noticed I'm getting more of that, and I'm wondering if it's because they don't see the DRL for some reason, maybe it's just not as prominent or obvious as a dipped headlight.
