I am looking to take the Brittany Ferry to Santander in May, would anyone have any spare discount codes please?

And it's very expensive now, luckily I booked last year .

just my luck
You can join their travel club (Club Voyage). We use it often for trips to France and it pays for itself after two trips. Just looked and it's £180 to join the Spanish side of the club (£80 one of Reg fee and £80 per annum club membership). It gives 30% off sailings. If it's a one off trip, it's probably not worth it but, 30% is a big number if it's over £1000. The biggest benefit for us the accommodation, on day sailings it's free or £10 for a cabin.

Club Voyage certainly didn’t give 30 % off sailings when I used mine last year to book for this June . I got about £30 off the sailing and nothing off cabin . Waste of money .

Think you need to check T&Cs. Its up to 30% fir new members, which covers about 4 months over winter. Its also £90 registration & £90 PA.
You do get meal vouchers chucked in.
They did have an offer waiving the registration last year so we paid £90. Will easy make that back on a single crossing inNovember.

I joined last July . Saved about £30 on a one way to Santander. But yes , there is a small saving on meals etc.

Just put in random dates for May and the biggest saving is on Early Bird but it’s still less than 10% so pretty crap unless you do multiple sailings per year

Just offering the original poster some alternatives. As said, I'm very happy with my membership. Trip to St Malo in a fortnight on the bike, fancy cabin both ways and a £12 voucher for skoff both ways, £290. Very reasonable given the tunnel is over £200 rtn with poor service.

Here's the details from https://www.brittany-ferries.co.uk/information/club-voyage-terms - flip the tables for French membership. This link also shows the other benefits eg cabin, meal allowance/discounts, etc. Basically unless you travel frequently and/or travel outside the peak season it's difficult to see how being a new member is worth the fee.

Worth saying that the old membership T&Cs make it more worth while and not really surprised that they changed the T&Cs for newer members (we saved well over a grand last year).

They're now the only company sailing to northern Spain so, they have the monopoly. It's all about the pro's and con's (literally in some cases) of sore arse or glass of wine and a nice meal. Swings and..... torture devices perhaps

Yep
It is now unto 30% off so depending when you travel dictates how much discount you get

I did better than £30 booking for 3 of us with cabins etc saved about £120 in total but then there is £12.50 on board credit each ( each way I think) and the discount on meals so for me it was still worth it

Dry your eyes guys!

Brittany Ferries never include trips from Ireland to France or Spain in their discount scheme.

For the cost of a ferry trip with 1 bike I can fly, get a hire car, and feed like a king for the week. But where’s the fun in that :D

Depends when you joined, the discounts became seasonal after 2021, and reduce in high season and weekends, and it also depends whether you have a France or Spain membership. I have Spain membership and I get 30% on all Spain routes and 15% on all France routes.

I managed to book Portsmouth-Santander return this May for £711 but that was booking and paying in September 2024.
I think booking way in advance is the surest way to get some discount
