Browser redirect

I`ve obviously visited a dodgy site which has downloaded something onto my machine. Every so often my browser (IE) redirects to a pharmacutical site (its not like I`m going to impulse buy Vicodin whatever that is)
Can anyone tell me where to look to get rid of this sucker. I`ve ran spybot and spybot blaster to no avail.

Redirectors can be a real pain to sort out.

Try downloading Bill Gates' Anti Spyware Beta from

http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

It's a big download - but it seems pretty good.

The MS stuff found 5 of the buggers that spybot missed...hopefully that`ll sort them.
