Riding home and there seemed to be a change in the back break the pedal was not where it should be, got home had a look and the flip down (GSA) was not there, gone, missing, absent.
The next fun bit will be convincing the dealer its a warranty bit and not wear and tear

It's a bugger when you break the brake bit.

Buy a better brake bit through a broker or a breaker. But a breaker's brake bit from a broken bike might be buggered too. The brake bit is best bought brand new.

You want to be careful.
Touratwat will pinch your idea and sell it for £75 (plus carriage and a long wait while they import them from Germany where they're sold for £2.50) complete with a laser cut biscuit protector. Mark my words

They're not UV stable, so will get all brittle and break/brake/snap
