yip , i was a little bit worried about Brighton so picked a nice hotel with secure parking and a straight Concierge incase i had one or two and coudn't find my room

Where had the best shower

Strangely enough , Sheps was great ............

It was a half sized bath with a sunken seat at one end and you sit there under the shower

I'd done a few miles that day and in some of the worse rain i'd seen this year ....

So being able to relax under a hot shower was great ....

However when Shep was sitting on the loo he passed me my shower gel and that was a little bit off putting ..........
