Busy few days in the garage...

Got the lights fitted over the weekend.

Really pleased with the quality of the kit, although the bracket didn't fit as I have the H&B bars. My fault, I should have mentioned when ordering but I didn't think about it at the time. Les offered to send a new bracket but as I have everything disassembled I decided to just take the ballasts off and velcro them. The ballasts are so light it holds fine (rated to 7KG). Need to get some H3 LEDs for the bars now.

Went out for a short ride with my lad to the Sunn Inn - typically his little 50 got far more attention than my newly modded up GS!

Phatcat - it's in Killinghall, outskirts of Harrogate. A mate of mine had his Aprilia RSV done there a while ago and was very pleased with the results. http://www.daytuner.co.uk

Sharks - it's a Skyteam ACE. A reasonably well built Chinese copy of the Honda Dream. They do a 125 version too, and are bringing out a 250 next year which I might be tempted by. Weighs less than 100kg and is a lot of fun at low speeds. Holds 40mph according to the GS speedo....it's not exactly original though ;)

Here's a video of the 125 - proper no frills motorcycling! http://youtu.be/j1ckaRnCGSg

Reminds me of my various SS50'sin the very early '80s..
