Buying IOM reg bike

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes !
A mate has been offered a mid 80's K100 RS which is IOM registered,I presume he will have to re reg it but will it have to have the vehicle inspection test [ don't know what its technical term is ] or will it just need a UK MOT ?
Anybody know whats involved or can you point me in the right direction.

I think you will fnd it just requires a current MOT. Best option is to ring the DVLA help line.

There are different regulations depending on vehicle age/mileage,etc...



Ring DVLA and request a 'Vehicle Import Pack' which is free.
