C510D - Uploadable Routes?

I already have an SPIII which is just about tolerable on the bike but a PITA in the car because it is so slow (U-turns are more difficult in the car ).

Halfords have a deal on the C510D with inclusive GTM21 receiver (FWIW) & Euro City Nav NT at £250. Question is, does anyone know if you can upload routes to this unit like you can to the SPIII? I know you can't upload routes to some of the cheaper units.
