Having looked at the web site, I'm slightly confused what is the difference between
A trail bike and an enduro bike.
A enduro bike and a converted mx bike.
I have a ktm 525 exc which you could argue is a sx with lights.
It says that converted mx bikes are strictly prohibited.

Trail bikes need to have been designed to carry a pillion and have rear pillion footpegs (according the wtra)

Trail bike needs to listed by the manufacturer as a trail bike - usually they have pillion pegs and indicators as standard.
