I received this from Apple and I'm n to sure if I have to do anything. For example, I have three external storage devices (Western Digital, from memory ... lol) , a Samsung TV and I run MS Office (365) on my MacBooks. Will these be affected and if so, what do I need to do about it?

Depending on what it said, I suspect "business as usual" is likely the best course of action.

Please attach a screenshot of the email, because there is A TON of phishing emails based on the "storage almost full" messages from iCloud. If that was it.
