Can't download bullguard

Daughter's laptop seems infected by all sorts - I've tried to download bullguard but it keeps getting blocked..any advice?

Download it onto a different PC and transfer it by memory card etc to the affected one..... HTH

Or lift the HDD and insert into an up to date system and disinfect it from there.

Never used bullguard myself....Avast on all PC's

Used to be AVG but that got bloated!

I wouldn't put a infected HDD into a clean unit else you will end up with more infections.....
I would put a spare HDD into the infected system and install a OS onto it, then boot into that and scan the infected HDD from there, then trash the spare once done so you don't risk infecting other PC's with it.
