Cant Initialise Bluetooth on Nav v

Any body had this before ? the unit works great ,etc for the blue tooth…when I try to enable it just shows a pop up box ,Cant Initialise Bluetooth….

Dont really want to do a factory restore as helmet and phone would need re-pairing and I would lose the maps stored in Trip planner for the forthcoming trip

If you've tried everything else - eg delete the phone pairing (if you can) and then reconnect then a reset is the next step. It will not erase your maps but you will lose your custom routes. It only takes minutes to send these again from Basecamp.

cheers TomCat ….i plugged it into the Mac and uploaded new software again seems to have done the trick and is working fine now
