cant receive via b/tooth

Just fitted a Kit300 pro rider to my gs with blue tooth dongle, through zumo550, also got a packset Kenwood3201 fitted. (also fitted the music lead from autocom to zumo which it seems to need to hear zumo/music) is that right?
All works fine except when i make a phone call or receive one. I can hear the person talking but they cant receive/hear me? any ideas would be appreciated thanks

Have you set up your Zumo so that the phone, and only the phone, goes through the bluetooth dongle?
