I'm heading off on a jaunt to West Africa in 10 days and will be taking a spare pair of TKC's. The bike's going to be quite loaded and I wondered if anyone had any bright ideas as to where and how to carry the tyres. It's a 1200 GSA with BMW panniers & topbox. I wanted to avoid having to take the tyres off every time I need to get into the panniers? Anyone tried fixing tyres to the crashbars? Any pictures?
